As Practice Director, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, growth and commercial success of the Planning Group.
Working closely with senior management, you will drive business development initiatives to increase the quality and quantity of instructions, strengthen client relationships and support the long-term development of the practice. You will lead and develop the clerking team, oversee the efficient management of members’ practices and diaries, negotiate fees, ensure the smooth delivery of instructions, and play a key role in implementing the group’s strategic objectives. Success in the role will be measured by increased revenue, practice growth, member development, improved legal directory rankings and the continued success of the Planning Group.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and commercially minded leader with a strong understanding of the planning market. You will possess excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills, together with the ability to develop both individuals and practices. Highly organised and proactive, you will have experience managing barristers’ practices, negotiating fees, leading clerking teams and delivering exceptional client service.
