EJR was founded by Elliott who brings over 15 years’ experience in chambers and law firm recruitment, clerking and consultancy. He has previously spearheaded the development of bespoke recruitment and secondment services for chambers and law firms, helping clients attract and retain top-tier legal talent.
Renowned for his expertise in lateral moves, team transitions and high-level recruitment projects, Elliott is a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike. His deep understanding of chambers' operations enables him to provide strategic guidance across everything from salary benchmarking and retention planning to innovative recruitment strategies that deliver long-term value.
