EJR Recruitment is working with a law firm to recruit a full-time Paralegal for its Media and Reputation team.
This is an opportunity to work on matters involving defamation, privacy, reputation management and media disputes. The team advises individuals and organisations when sensitive issues attract public attention, often working to protect their interests before a dispute reaches court.
You will work closely with experienced lawyers, supporting them with legal research, drafting correspondence and documents, reviewing evidence and helping to progress matters. The work calls for careful judgement, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
We would welcome applications from candidates with paralegal or other relevant legal experience and a strong interest in media law. You will be a clear writer, well organised and comfortable working on matters where priorities can change quickly. Experience in litigation, defamation or privacy would be helpful, but is not essential.
