Working as part of an experienced Practice Management team, you will provide high-quality administrative, operational and client support to a busy group of barristers, helping to ensure their practices, cases and client commitments run smoothly. The role will provide exposure to diary and case management, client relationships, fee management, work allocation and business development, offering genuine scope to develop a long-term career within legal services, practice management or clerking.
Previous legal or chambers experience is not essential, and applications are welcomed from candidates with backgrounds in legal or professional services, financial services, executive support, client administration or other demanding office environments. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing competing priorities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. A calm, professional and proactive approach is essential, together with the ability to build strong relationships with senior professionals and clients, handle confidential information and work effectively under pressure.
